About Peggy Fallin

Peggy Fallin serves as "of-counsel" to the firm and practices in the areas of transactional law, nonprofit and for-profit corporation law, and probate and estate planning. Ms. Fallin assists clients with complex probate matters and regularly assists nonprofit corporations with drafting employee handbooks, childcare policies, employment contracts and separation agreements.

Before joining Anthony & Middlebrook, P.C., Ms. Fallin was a solo practitioner and focused on estate planning and probate. Peggy Fallin graduated magna cum laude from the University of North Texas and received her Juris Doctor from Texas Wesleyan School of Law. Prior to attending law school, Ms. Fallin worked for corporations in both the insurance and oil & gas industries.
